All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro/Urban Areas: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro/Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, or courier delays).

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you make payment.

Free shipping may be available on selected products or order values, as per our ongoing promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.

You can track your order on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

In case of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or return-to-origin due to customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

We will promptly investigate and arrange for a replacement or exchange as per our policy.
